All work is charged out according to the hourly rates summarized below. We reserve the right to charge rates that we determine are appropriate for the level and complexity of the work performed.

*Appropriate if it would reduce second day travel time and mileage costs by more than $50.00.
The RPF agrees that, without further negotiations, the cost of services of the RPF and his designees shall not exceed an agreed-upon limit. Not-to-exceed costs are agreed upon for a THP, NTMP, and/or Notice of Operations.
Additional fees will be paid by the timberland owner(s). These fees may include but are not limited to:
California Department of Fish and Game environmental review (currently $850- $1,250); an Archaeological Records check request ($90.00); Natural Diversity DataBase fee (based upon the number of occurrences [$8.00 each] of species of special concern located within the area represented on the USGS quad map(s) in which the plan is located); posting of the public notice; materials (air photos, shipping, disposal, maps, postage, fax transmissions, photocopies, etc.); and any taxes which develop due the implementation of the plan, such as State Board of Equalization timber yield taxes.
Billing is bi-monthly and all bills are payable two weeks after receipt of billing. A finance charge of one percent (1%) per month will be added to the balance remaining thirty days from the billing date. Other billing and payment arrangements are negotiable.
